What we do: serve home-made Thai and pan-Asian food, straight from the heart, via our 1957 Citroen H Van and striking gazebo unit, from our base near Brighton.
Why we do it: because we love Thai food, and our years of living, working and learning to cook in Thailand have led us here. We’re passionate about our food, and invite you to experience it for yourselves.
As well as trading at festivals we do lots of private work: weddings in particular, but also private parties, corporate functions and other events. We offer bespoke Thai cooking classes, and our Friday night pop-up Thai takeaway from ThaiAngle HQ in Saltdean, just outside Brighton. We specialise in Thai and South East Asian food, but can adapt to any culinary taste, and will work with you to give you exactly what you want. We can bring along our Asian Kitchen with a range of delicious treats from around our favourite continent, plus we continue to offer our Curries of the World to those who like things global. We’ve done Indian and Sri Lankan food at weddings, and now do South Asian food once a month at our Friday night takeaway. If it’s got spice, we’ll cook it.

The ThaiAngle van and gazebo unit are available to hire for weddings, parties, corporate functions and any other private event.
While Thai food is our speciality, we can adapt to pretty much any Asian cuisine, so feel free to get in touch and we can work out a menu that suits you. We cater for small groups right up to very large parties.
We can provide a catering service for indoor events, dinner parties, hen parties, or any other event where you may not need the van itself. Just drop us a line and let us know what you need.
We operate a weekly Friday night pop-up takeaway service from ThaiAngle HQ in Saltdean, just outside Brighton. Our menu for the week and an order form is published on our Facebook page each Monday morning, and we ask that orders reach us by Thursday 9pm, either via Facebook, email or phone. Your food will then be cooked fresh and ready for collection between 6.00pm and 8.30pm on the Friday.
We have a number of dishes on rotation, and each week the menu is different, with food from around Thailand, and on the first Friday of each month from India and Sri Lanka.
